Assuming that over 5,000 people attend the event again, the entire park will be open, including Bugs Bunny Kids World. It will be just like a normal operating day at Six Flags but with shorter lines! In addition, all major roller coasters will be running at full capacity during the night. Please note that while all attractions are scheduled to be open for the night, attractions may be shut down by park staff due to mechanical or safety reasons.
Anyone tied to Georgia Tech in some way is welcome to come to the event! Whether you are a current student, family member, faculty member, staff, or alumni, we'd love to have you at the event. Feel free to bring friends and family out to the park, and we encourage you to sport your best Tech attire so we can redecorate the theme park in white and gold.
If the weather causes the rides to be shut down for more than 60 continuous minutes during our exclusive night, you may bring your ticket back for free admission on any regular operating day for the remainder of the 2009 season.
Please help keep the night a safe one for all members of the Tech community. Alcohol will not be permitted on the premises and persons visibly intoxicated will be denied admission without refund.
In the unlikely event that Georgia Tech Night at Six Flags must be cancelled, all participants will be notified by email at least 24 hours before the event. Updates will also be posted on this website. Tickets will be valid for free admission on any regular operating day for the remainder of the 2009 season.
