Directions
Six Flags Over Georgia is located on I-20 West of Atlanta approximately 3.5 miles West of I-285.
To avoid rush hour traffic downtown, use the following alternate directions from the Georgia Tech campus. Leaving the campus at the Hemphill exit, turn left onto 10th Street. Take your first left onto Northside Drive. Stay to the right at the split near Tech to stay on Northside Drive. As the road changes follow the signs to stay on US41.
DO NOT TURN ONTO MARIETTA STREET OR NORTH AVENUE AS THE ROAD SPLITS.
Follow Northside Drive (US41) past the Georgia Dome until you reach McDaniel Street. Turn Left onto McDaniel Street. You'll cross over train track at the top of the hill and turn Right onto I-20 West. Follow I-20 West until Exit 47 - Six Flags Parkway. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp and follow the signs to Six Flags Over Georgia. Free parking is available in the main parking lot.
